Déclaration d'impôt: foreign income

I moved in 2009 from The Netherlands to Luxembourg. When I lived in The Netherlands, I had a salary there, and now I live in Luxembourg, I have a salary in Luxembourg.

Does anybody know whether I also have to declare the income from the Netherlands in the 'Déclaration d'impôt'?

If yes, I would expect that I can indicate somewhere in the form that I paid already tax over the salary from The Netherlands. How do I prevent having to pay tax twice over my salary from The Netherlands? (There exists a treaty against double taxation between the Netherlands and Luxembourg.)

Answers in either English or German are welcome. Thanks in advance for any answers!

I would simply attach a short letter to the tax declaration saying that before you worked until (date) in the Netherlands and salary tax there has been withheld by the employer to be paid to the NL tax office. I guess that they will not want to take this portion of your income into consideration. You will see, the Luxembourg taxman is easy going as long as he gets some transparency from his "clients"
