Möbliertes Wohnen an Grenze Lux / furnished Appartment near Lux  

Guten Morgen Pendler,

Ich bin momentan in der Schlussphase meiner Haussanierung und werde in ca. 2 bis 3 Monaten die letzte separate Wohnung (ein Zimmer, Küche Bad, Terrasse) in diesem Haus fertigstellen. Die Wohnung ist im Keller, eine Parterre Wohnung, mit separatem Eingang, einer ca. 30 m2 großen Terrasse und ca. 65 m2 Gesamtwohnfläche mit neuem Bad und neuen Fenstern. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert inklusive Internet, Küche, Schrank, Couch, TV, Waschmaschine, Esstisch etc. übergeben. also ähnlich einer FeWo so dass man alles hat was man so im täglichem Leben braucht. Meine Frage: Gibt es hier vielleicht Pendler die an solch einer Option Wohnung Interesse hätten. Also Menschen die besonders innerhalb der Woche eine Art FeWo suchen? Die Wohnung ist liegt in Igel, also drei km zur Grenze zum Großherzogtum Luxembourg. Über den Preis habe ich mir noch keine Gedanken gemacht aber es wird ortsüblich ausfallen mit kleinem Aufschlag für Möbel.

I am currently in the finishing phase of refurbishing my house and about to finish the last separate flat within 2 – 3 months’ time (One room, kitchen, bath, terrace). The parterre flat will have a separate entrance including a 30 m2 terrace providing an overall living surface of approx.. 65 m2, new refurbished bath and new windows. The flat will be handed over completely furnished including WiFi, kitchen, shelfs, couch, TV, wash-machine, dining table etc. Means, everything the daily life requires similar to a holiday accommodation. Question: Anyone out there who is looking for such an optional way of living? Particularly Workers / Commuters who are looking for such an option during the week whilst commuting in the grand duchy of Luxembourg?
