dieses schon uberpruft. Grosstes punkt ist jetzt das ich die geschaftsdomizil nicht auf meine wohnaddresse haben will . In DE/FR/UK ist das ganz einfach (zum beispiel mieten coworking space), aber in LU (danke der "Guichet") ist das strenger reglementiert. (sehe quote unten in EN)

kein problem mit den regeln, aber jetzt wie ein nicht zu teuren losung dazu zu finden. auf websites von domizil agents wird fast keine preisinfo gegeben. Vielleicht beste losung ist ein tag ausziehen fur telefonate ...

Luxembourg domiciliation agents are regulated under the amended law of 31 May 1999 on domiciliation of companies (the "Domiciliation Law").

The Luxembourg Domiciliation Law provides for in its article 1, that only members of certain professions may act as a domiciliation agent of companies:
